R&A carries 5M of General Liability Coverage

Depending on our Client’s requirements, we will arrange for Professional Liability Coverage and pass the cost on to the client.

Because the insurance industry does not understand this business very well, our experience is that underwriters tend to categorize coating specifications/inspection at the same risk level as specification/inspection for structures. Obviously there is a significantly less risk associated with a coating specification/inspection than a specification/inspection of the structural integrity of a building, bridge, pipeline or tank for example.

The net result is we can keep our rates lower by only obtaining Professional Liability Coverage when requested by our clients. It is quick and easy to add this coverage when required.
